Why TBM exists.

For years I watched two patterns repeat in small business marketing. The first: owners pouring money into ads with no system to handle the leads when they came in. The second: agencies selling deliverables instead of outcomes, then disappearing when the numbers did not show up.

The gap was never strategy. It was architecture. Businesses needed a marketing system that worked the same way a great theme park works. Every touchpoint planned. Every handoff smooth. Every guest treated like the first guest of the day.

AI changed the math. What used to take a team of ten can now run with two people and a system. The companies that figure this out first will own their markets for the next decade. The ones that wait will spend the rest of their careers trying to catch up.

The Schnauzer who runs the place.

Penny is a Miniature Schnauzer. She has green eyes, a green collar, and an opinion about everything. She is also the mascot of TBM, which means her name shows up in our brand more often than mine.

There is a bigger role she plays in the system we are building. We will share more soon. For now, just know that when you see her, something good is coming.
